Ideation

  • We designed this commercial building with a focus on clean lines and modular geometry, using stacked, interlocking volumes to give the facade a strong architectural rhythm.

  • Our material palette combines glass, raw concrete, and bold color plaster, offering both transparency and texture to the building envelope.

  • The use of large glazed surfaces allows plenty of natural light inside and maintains a constant visual connection between the interiors and the surroundings.

  • We introduced accent blocks in terracotta, mustard yellow, and burnt orange to add identity and break the monotony of the elevation.

  • Projecting boxes and recessed niches were intentionally designed to create depth and shadow play, while enhancing the visual hierarchy.

  • The entry point is slightly inset, with wide black steps and a column-supported canopy that provides a welcoming transition into the building.

  • Each form and material in this design contributes to a façade that feels functional, expressive, and tailored for contemporary commercial use.
