Ideation

• This commercial building designed with a clean, modern language using stacked and interlocked cuboid forms.

• We’ve used a mix of materials concrete, glass, and color plaster to bring out both structure and vibrancy.

• The large glazed panels allow for maximum natural light and make the interiors feel open and connected to the outside.

• We introduced bold color blocks like terracotta, mustard, and ochre to break the monotony and give the building a strong visual identity.

• The cantilevered elements and framed balconies are meant to create depth and emphasize the dynamic composition.

• The main entry is slightly recessed with simple, broad steps to guide users into the building in a welcoming way.

• Overall, the idea was to create a functional yet expressive facade that reflects the energy of modern commercial spaces.
